I found great value in working with Kea. She helped me articulate my very broad goals into a personal vision statement and specific actionable goals. Weekly calls and unlimited email support helped me to stay on track and avoid procrastination. When I did hesitate or procrastinate, Kea would ask me key questions to help me figure out why I was hesitant to reach my goals. I found this to be very helpful and insightful.
I worked with Kea for almost a year and during that time I was able to accomplish many short term goals. I’m currently working to achieve my long term goals and the skills and insight I gained while working with Kea continue to support my progress.

I was let go by my company after being in the job for only six months. This had never happened to me before. I was scared because I hadn’t been looking for a job, but happy because I was miserable where I was. It turns out that being let go was a blessing in disguise.
Three days after my separation from the company, I met Kea at, of all places, our hairdresser! She was waiting for her appointment and heard me sharing my situation with our hairstylist. I do believe God shows up when you need Him the most. She shared with me a little of her history and how she has now become a life coach. It was exactly what I needed at the time.
I started my sessions a couple of weeks later and it was the best thing I could’ve done for myself. In the 12 weeks I worked with Kea, I tapped into the thoughts and feelings that have been holding me back for years and learned how to let them go. I had multiple aha! moments which I had never had before. Kea was very good at guiding me towards these moments as well as asking questions that got me to dig deeper into areas of my life that I had shut off. As a result, I am becoming more in tune with my emotions and not letting them just ride along with me without some inquiry into what’s going on.
Towards the end of our sessions I started a new job. I don’t think this opportunity would’ve come to pass without the investment I had been making in myself by working with Kea. The work we did allowed me to see how I could be a better version of myself in the workplace as well as allowed me to be aware of what I did and didn’t want in my next position.
Thank you Kea for starting me on the path of living a life of more awareness.

When I first began my career transition work with Kea I didn't know where to begin, but I had a few paths in mind. With Kea's help, I was able to explore those paths and put some stakes in the ground that I could build upon. Kea was great to listen, take notes and recommend action items to help me focus and make strategic decisions about extremely important steps in my work and my life. I always came away feeling more confident and smart about how I was moving in my career.
Kea’s guidance and support was elemental in focusing my path, creating a plan, acting strategically and moving forward with confidence. Since my career makeover with Kea, I have started my own private consulting business as well as launched a podcast and radio show. I continue to use the values and tools she provided to help me stay focused and measure my passion and success. At first, I was intimidated by the process, but afterward, I not only felt renewed, but my work has also shown growth.

Life coach Kea was heaven sent. I saw one of her inspirational videos on LinkedIn and it hit me hard. She spoke about being a child and being fearless. And I agreed with her: where was my younger self? Would my younger self be disappointed in how I had turned out? Why wasn't I more like that fearless little girl? Willing to try anything. Consequences be damned.
Kea's weekly coaching calls and guidance was exactly what I needed, when I needed it. I found myself unemployed at 50, scared, lost and freaking out. I had been at my last job for over 12 years, which seemed like a death sentence in my industry and at my advanced age. I felt like I was starting over. She helped me come up with a plan and tools to deal with my “new normal” of being unemployed. And she kept me accountable to new goals I had created that were above and beyond finding current employment. I am excited for my future job and life and I can’t wait to see what the Universe has in store for me!!!! You CANNOT afford to not to hire Kea as your life coach. Your life and future depend on it.

Kea has a gift for listening and also inspiring. She is unlike any life coach I have experienced and I’ve experienced several. I’ve been around the block a while and have seen and heard it all. But, she knows when to push and when to insert just the right commentary to unblock me. I can hear Kea in my head now encouraging me to just keep pushing forward. Somehow, she instinctively knew how to apply just the right balance. I felt pleasantly surprised and hopeful; ready to get to work!

Kea coached me for 6 sessions. She came to my place and helped me to regain my confidence in a professional environment. Kea always asks the perfect questions that make you think and reconsider. She never pushes you to a conclusion but with great questions and clever exercises, she drives you to find your own conclusion. She is great to make you feel empowered in your decision and your future actions. I highly recommend Kea for career/life coaching, I sincerely enjoyed and benefited from this experience.

To be honest, I was never a believer of life coaching. I never understood, how someone could help coach you through life? However, when at major crossroads in my life, I was looking for guidance navigating it and was introduced to Kea through series of serendipitous events.
From our first meeting, I knew this is exactly what I needed and at the perfect time. I could tell from our discovery session, that she had great life experience, had been successful in her ventures, and had similar personal experiences. Why did this matter to me? Frankly, because if I am going to spend my hard earned money on coaching, I want to know the person has achieved, has lived, and most importantly can relate to my situation. I was not looking for one of those “those who can’t do, coach” type of coaches. I was looking for an experience that added true value to my life, and measurable progress.
What I found in Kea was through her own life experiences she is a knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, supportive, and motivating aspect of my life. She strives to learn about her clients, their current state, their aspirations and their intentions so that she can help guide them to their desired goals. I truly feel it was through her empathy and desire to help, that she understood who I was, who I wanted to become, and how to help get me there.
Another aspect I love and have come to count on in our arrangement, is the complete honesty, bluntness and accountability we have established. What we work on, the things we tackle, the problems we solve, the hurdles that we overcome, are real and we don’t tiptoe around them. We respect their difficulty and consequences but most importantly we push through the difficulties towards my goals.
What I have come to learn about life coaching (and life) is, you get out what you put in it. Your coach, no matter how great they are cannot do the work for you, the weekly homework, the check-ins, the progress reports, or deciding where you actually want to be and who you want to become is personal work. All of that is on you; you have to show up every day to see results and only you can do that.
I know personally there were days where just calling in to the session was the best I could do, and there were a few times I even cancelled, knowing my input wasn’t going to be enough. But I didn’t quit, and neither did Kea. She patiently waited at the starting line till I was ready to begin the process of changing my life. Which I did with courage and the support of family, friends, therapy and life coaching. So I am happily writing to you from the other side of some difficult personal, professional, and medical issues. I am so grateful I took a chance on life coaching and on Kea because it absolutely helped me get to the woman I am today!
Oh and one more thing, get ready for those magical Aha Moments, because they are groundbreaking and frequent!!

My recent coaching sessions with Kea helped me in so many ways. Her warm and caring way made me feel comfortable. She was able to ask me questions in a way that really made me think about things in my life and to see solutions. When I felt stuck in our progress she knew exactly what to say to get me on track again. I was able to discover so many things about myself and to make changes, both big and small. It felt amazing to become unstuck, to see my relationships in a new and different way, and to be able to work toward my goals. Thank you Kea.

I am so grateful for Kea. Kea has been such an inspiration to me on my journey. We had a session that was very eye opening because she was able to guide me and show me that my happiness each day was a choice. I was not a victim of my circumstances, of my job, of what I was going through in life each day, and that I had the ability to take actions that felt in alignment for me to feel happy and joy and at peace. I still carry that lesson with me every day to try to have a reframe in my life and to feel better about the direction that my life is going.

I've only had one session with Kea, and was struck by her presence, her ability to comprehend and respond to my complexity, and her true curiosity around what might best work to address my peculiar challenges.
There was no Instaquote moment, no one-size-fits-all recipes and no trying to "convince" me of her view on my situation. I left the session feeling more grounded, clear, and ready to take on the next chapter of my life with grounded and practical steps.
I'm usually quite skeptical of coaches - maybe because it seems to be the new go-to career for twentysomethings in search of meaning. This was different. Kea is a wise, humble and caring coach who leaves her ego at the door. And I've already recommended her to a friend.
