I Can’t Always Be Courageous with Diane Bradley
Diane is the Chief Visionary + Growth Maven of The Goodness Collaborative. Three years ago, she left a 15-year consulting career to start The Goodness Collaborative, desiring to build a workplace that more fully supported people like her — a woman, caregiver, mom, first-generation college graduate — while navigating #allthethings. She has a mix of consulting, design, and psychology experience and she uses a mosaic of these practices in her work every day. Diane grew up in Atlanta, GA, and has called Portland, OR home for the last 13 years.
During this conversation, Diane talks about:
How, in her role as an executive, being the messenger to messages she didn’t believe in took a toll on her
Growing up in a single-parent household and how that impacts her ability to make hard choices today
The relationship between courage and burnout
Her parenting philosophies
…and much more!
